The following terms of sale, returns and delivery apply to all deliveries from Huusatelier.dk.
Christmas presents refund till January 7 2023
Huús Atelier offers a special refund period running till January 7 2023, on all orders bought from November 19 to December 24 2022. If wishing to refund an order, Huús Atelier must be notified within this date.
The customer is obliged to return the order without having opened the packaging and send it back to Huús Atelier in the same condition and quantity as it was received. The customer will bear the costs associated with returning the order.
Upon receipt of the order, the purchase amount is transferred by Huús Atelier to the same account that paid for the order.
Withdrawal and refunds (applicable from January 8 2023)
Huús Atelier grants a 14-days right of withdrawal and full refund of the order, effective from the day the customer receives the order. If withdrawing a purchase, Huús Atelier must be notified within these 14 days. The customer is obliged to return the item without having opened the packaging and mail it back to Huús Atelier in the same condition and quantity as it was received. The customer will bear the costs associated with returning the order.

How to return
1. First be aware that the order must still be in the packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
2. Contact Huús Atelier through firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order ID and you wish to return the order. You don't need to wait for an answer from us to proceed with step 3.
3. Go to your local postal office or parcel shop to send the order back to Huús Atelier. The address is on the parcel. The shipping cost will be held by the customer.
4. Once the order has been received by Huús Atelier, researched and approved from our end, the purchase cost will be refunded within 7 working days to the account from which the order was purchased.
Delivery to Denmark
Huusatelier.dk offers free shipping on all orders to Denmark - we ship free to a parcel shop. Our shipping in Denmark is processed by our supplier Novictus ApS and shipped with GLS from which you will receive further delivery information by email after your purchase.
Huusatelier.dk offers shipping to a wide range of international destinations. The shipment is processed by our supplier Novictus ApS and shipped with DHL or GLS from which you will receive further delivery information by email after your purchase.
Delivery time and transport
Delivery of goods from Huusatelier.dk is considered to have taken place when the customer has received the goods. All orders ordered through Huusatelier.dk are shipped with GLS through our supplier agreement with Novictus ApS, unless otherwise stated in the product display. The items are shipped within a maximum of 72 hours after ordering, unless otherwise stated on the product display. Delivery takes place according to the shipping method of GLS and will usually take place within 1-2 business days (DK) from the shipment. In special cases, other freight solutions will be used. The stated delivery time is indicative and can thus be waived.
Each time you order an item through Huusatelier.dk, we will send an order confirmation to you as a customer, after which your order will be packed by our supplier Novictus ApS and shipped by GLS. The money will be withdrawn immediately after ordering and the expected delivery time will appear in the GLS tracking mail.
Price and payment
At Huusatelier.dk we use NETS A/S as our payment provider from which you can pay with Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and MobilePay. All prices are incl. VAT.
Any errors or defects in items bought from Huús Atelier must be claimed timely after receiving the order and detecting the error. It is the customer's duty to indicate and, on request, show how the error or defect is expressed. If the customer detects an error, please contact Huús Atelier through the contact page. The customer can, by Danish law, complain about errors that occur within 2 years after the goods have been delivered to the customer.
The complaint must include an image of the damaged item and an image of the GLS mark from the package. All complaints must be sent to email@example.com or through our contact form on our the page Contact.
